Homemade Taco Bell-Style Burritos

Who doesn’t love Taco Bell? Well, my husband recently created his own Taco Bell-Style burrito and it was to die for! So much so that I had him make it again the next day. This recipe is affordable, quick, and simple. And much healthier than going to Taco Bell too! It’s Taco Bell without the guilt.

P.S. You can get all the ingredients at your local Trader Joe’s for less than $20 total.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Your favorite flour tortillas

Organic lean ground beef

1/2 onion

1 tomato

1 bell pepper

Your favorite shredded cheese

Shredded lettuce

Hummus (optional)

Trader Joe’s Organic Spicy Taco Sauce 

 

Instructions:

Cook tomato, onion, and bell pepper together

Add ground beef

Cook until done

Heat tortillas

Spread hummus on tortilla

Add ground beef and veggie mixture

Add lettuce and cheese

Add hot sauce to taste
