Looking for a new restaurant to try? I’ve got the perfect one for you.

LUNA Mexican Kitchen at The Pruneyard in downtown Campbell had its soft opening last Sunday. And let me tell you, it was amazing!

The line was long and went around the shopping center. My husband and I didn’t want to wait that long so we took a seat at the bar. We got very lucky as a couple was just leaving. It was so busy that a woman asked if her and her friend could have our seats once we were done. We said yes, so she stood behind us until we left. Yes, LUNA is that popular!

We started with drinks, salsa and chips. My Michelada was one of the best I’ve had in a while. The perfect combination of spice, tomato, and lime. My husband really enjoyed his tequila margarita too.

Then, we got our food. We shared a ceviche appetizer and an enchilada entree. WOW! DELISH!

The servings were perfect and so were the flavors.

I truly do wish you could all go out and try this new place.
